1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dried beef, cut up in sm. pieces (Carl Buddig is the brand at our grocery store)
1 tbsp. sherry (I use cooking sherry)

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a ball. You can add chopped olives and/or chopped onions if desired.
