CHEDDAR BAKED HADDOCK 
1 lb. haddock
2 tsp. chopped; onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk

Season haddock with salt and pepper in a shallow baking pan. Saute onion in butter. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Spread over the fillets. Pour milk around the fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
