INDIAN SUMMER CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can corn, undrained
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. mushroom pieces
2 oz. pimentos, chopped
8 oz. noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground meat

Mix onions, green peppers, and beef in skillet; brown and drain grease add remaining ingredients, heat until cheese melts and add cooked noodles; salt and pepper heat in oven at 350 degrees until warm and bubbly.
