FROZEN FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (a very healthy fruit)
1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen mixed fruit*
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (use any flavor except plain)
milk

Note: I use a prepackaged fruit mix which includes grapes, cantaloupes, honeydew and peaches. You can freeze your own for different flavors.

Put all the fruit and yogurt in a large blender, add a splash of milk. Blend on low until mixed up.

Blend on high for 1 minute. Add milk until desired consistency is reached, usually about 1/4 cup but less if I want to eat with a spoon.

Serves 2 adults.
