TORIE'S HEALTHY FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 (6 oz.) tub low-fat yogurt (raspberry, mixed berries, blackberries, etc.)
1 tsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grape juice
1 tsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. protein powder
ice cubes (optional)

Cut up strawberries and put in blender. Add your choice yogurt. Then using the yogurt container mix together the rest except for the ice. Add to blender and blend for 30 to 45 seconds. Add ice, if desired. And enjoy!
