FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can fruit cocktail

Mix ingredients all together. Pour into greased baking pan. On top, sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
