FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE III | |
2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 (#303) can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail with juice 1/2 tsp. salt Stir all ingredients and pour in 13"x9" pan (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Pick with fork. Pour over warm cake. ICING: 1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. canned milk 1 tsp. vanilla Boil icing ingredients 1 minute. Serve with Cool Whip. |
