FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flake coconut

Mix first four ingredients; drain cocktail. Add to first mixture plus a little juice. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix last two ingredients together; sprinkle on top. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Cool Whip.
