HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 lg. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, softened
1 sm. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. diced onions

Fold together, put in greased casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover the last 15 minutes so potatoes can brown.
