HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk or light cream
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Butter 2 1/2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients except paprika. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
