HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix well, place in casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 cups corn flake crumbs. Mix. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. Serves 8.
