HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. Simply Potatoes hash brown shreds
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes. Mix well. Fold potatoes into cheese mixture. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
