HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes or crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Dump all but corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter in big casserole dish. Mix and top with crushed corn flakes or crackers. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
