HONEY FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (packed in juice)
2 (11 oz. ea.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. seedless green or red grapes, halved
3 kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In large bowl, combine drained pineapple chunks, mandarin orange sections, grapes and kiwi slices. Set the fruit aside. Add water if necessary to the reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Combine pineapple juice mixture, orange juice, honey and lemon juice. Pour over fruit mixture. Cover and chill until serving time. Serve in dessert cups or stemmed glasses.

Makes 6 servings.
