GLAZED FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 sm. pkg. reg. vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (14 oz.) can mandarin oranges
4 bananas
1 c. seedless red grapes or maraschino cherries

Cook pudding with juice until thick. Drain fruit, very well; add dressing to fruit after cooling slightly. Add bananas just prior to serving.
