RICE WITH BAKED BEANS AND SALSA 
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup salsa (more if desired)
1 15 oz. can baked beans
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
(tortilla chips)

Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe glass or Pyrex casserole dish and heat in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, or on a plate as a meal with a salad.
