BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Corn Flakes
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Blend butter and sugars, egg and vanilla. Sift and add salt, flour, soda and baking powder. Mix in oatmeal, Corn Flakes, nuts, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. You may omit any of these, if desired. Place on greased cookie sheet using a level ice cream scoop for each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Place only 4 or 5 cookies on a sheet at one time. Cookies freeze well! Great for lunch box of backpack!
