BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar (light, dark, or 1 c. of each)
2 c. white sugar
4 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal (not instant)
4 c. flour
Entire bag of chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. pecans (whole or pieces)
7 oz. bag angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 1 minute. Sift together salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour into separate bowl. Mix in oatmeal and add creamed ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, coconut and raisins; mix thoroughly.

Drop by very large (2 inch across) tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet (cookies will spread to 4 inches across, so allow plenty of room). Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
