CHEESE POTATOES 
6-7 med. potatoes, cooked with jackets
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
Small amount of grated onion
Crushed potato chips
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Skin potatoes. Slice thin or grate. Mix together and heat the butter, soup, cheese and onion. Mix with potatoes. Stir in sour cream. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

This recipe can be made a day ahead of time and refrigerate, but a longer baking time must be allowed when mixture is cold.
