CHEESE SOUP 
2 qt. water
4 cubes chicken bouillon cube
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 pkg. mixed veggies
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Bring to boil water, chicken bouillon and soup. Add celery, onion and veggies. Cook until tender. Add cooked cubed potatoes. Stir in cheese; cook until cheese is melted. Serve with cracker or fresh baked bread.
