NEVER FAIL YEAST ROLLS | |
2 pkgs. yeast 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. warm water 1 tsp. salt 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 beaten eggs 1 stick melted butter 4 1/3 c. all-purpose flour Mix together yeast, sugar, water, and salt. Add 2 cups all-purpose flour and beat until smooth. Add eggs, melted butter, and 4 1/3 cups all-purpose flour. Stir until blended well. Cover bowl and let rise 40 minutes (until doubled) in a warm place. Punch down and put on a lightly floured pastry board. Roll out and cut the size of a biscuit. Place on 3 greased cookie sheets and let rise 35 minutes (until doubled). Cook at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven. |
