This is great! made it for a birthday party and everybody loved. I used a mixer and it still turned out fine, and didn't use nuts either.

I used a mixed on this several times and it came out great, the only thing I added was a little milk because it came out a touch dry.

I'm 14 and i made it for Halloween if you add a little milk like 1 tsp. It makes it real good!

We love this recipe and I also use a mixer and it turns out just fine. We don't use the nuts either, my husband likes it better without them.

This is fabulous. My ten year old requested a "double decker chocolate chip cookie cake" for his birthday. I doubled this recipe, made 2 huge cookie cakes, and put cream cheese icing in between. Yummy!!
