Superb! Made in a parchment paper lined glass pie pan, spread the batter evenly, and it took closer to 20 to bake.

Made this for the first time today, twice. The first one spread and cooked uneven. The second time it was perfect! I'd recommend softening the butter and using parchment paper if you plan on transferring it to another plate. I baked it at about 18 minutes and it looks and tastes perfect!

I made this twice. The first time I didn't read the instructions and mix it with a mixer. It was delicious! I had to make it again. I made it by hand the second time and it was amazing. Moral: hand mix! Yummm

This is fabulous. My ten year old requested a "double decker chocolate chip cookie cake" for his birthday. I doubled this recipe, made 2 huge cookie cakes, and put cream cheese icing in between. Yummy!!

We love this recipe and I also use a mixer and it turns out just fine. We don't use the nuts either, my husband likes it better without them.
