CHINESE WALNUT PIE 
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix together walnuts, raisins, apples, sugar and spices. Add slightly beaten eggs, milk and melted butter. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
