CRUNCHY BUTTER TOFFEE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. chocolate morsels
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 pizza pans

Combine sugar, water, and butter in pot. Cook to light crack stage (a drop will form a ribbon in cold water). Pour onto buttered pizza pan. Cool. Melt 4 ounces chocolate morsels. Spread onto toffee. Press 1/2 cup nuts into chocolate. Cool.

Flip onto a second pizza pan. Repeat chocolate and nuts process. Cool. Break into pieces.
