CRUNCHY CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lb. Dole Slaw mix
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. radishes, sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crumbled
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Put slaw mix, green onions and radishes in a large bowl. Mix together melted butter, crumbled Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds. Spread on cookie sheet. Brown at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix once, watch closely.

For dressing, blend soy sauce, sugar, vinegar with whisk. Slowly pour in oil while whisking. Pour dressing over salad and toss in crunchies just before serving. If making ahead keep crunchies in airtight container until ready to serve.
