CRUNCHY CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lb. Dole slaw mix
1/2 c. green onions
Radishes, sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 pkg. Ramen noodle soup, crumbled
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Put slaw mix, green onions and radishes in a large bowl.

Mix together melted butter, crumbled soup noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds. Spread on cookie sheet. Brown at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Watch!

For dressing, blend soy sauce, sugar, vinegar. Slowly pour in oil while blending.

Pour dressing over salad and toss in crunchies just before serving. If making ahead, keep crunchies in air tight container until ready to serve.
