NAPPA CABBAGE COLE SLAW 
1 large head nappa cabbage
6 green onions
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered or sliced almonds
1 stick butter

Dressing:

1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Do in 3 steps.

1. Cut cabbage finely; mix with cut green onions and refrigerate all day or overnight.

2. Crush Ramen noodles while still in package. Brown lightly in skillet with butter, sesame seeds and almonds.

Drain on paper towel.

3. Combine dressing ingredients; whisk together until smooth. Combine cabbage noodle mixture and dressing just before serving. (Keeps well.) You can combine smaller amounts as needed.

Serves 16.
