200 YEAR OLD POTATO RECIPE 
Wash potatoes with skins. Boil until nearly done. Squash potatoes in your hand. Put in large bowl.

Add onion and a handful of flour. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Add juice of 1 lemon, plus grated rind of 1 lemon. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Broil to brown if necessary.
