2 sticks & 1 tbsp. butter
5 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Blend butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Fold in flour; beat well. Add vanilla and bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.
