1 1/2 cups Crisco
2 cups sugar
7 eggs, at room temperature
2 cups plain flour
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Sift the flours together. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at at time. Gradually add flour and flavorings.

Bake in tube pan (prepared with non-stick cooking spray) at 300°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
