ORANGE SHORT BREAD | |
4 oz. plain flour 2 oz. corn flour 4 oz. butter 2 oz. sugar 1 orange rind, grated Sieve flours together. Cream butter until it is soft. Add the 2 ounces of sugar and beat until the mixture is pale and creamy. Add orange rind, then work in flour mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time. Should form a soft dough. Lift short bread onto a large baking tray and roll out to an 8 inch circle. |
