BLUEBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg, orange juice, water, butter and orange peel. Add to dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in the blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.

Bake for 65-70 minutes or until test done. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan to wire rack.
