BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed bananas (4 bananas)
2 c. fresh blueberries

Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats. Add oil, eggs, bananas and blueberries. Stir just until mixed.

Pour batter into two oiled 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 350°F for approximately 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Wrap and refrigerate before slicing.

Yields 2 loaves.
