BANANA - PECAN BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar (white)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix 6 ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in banana, pecan and eggs just until batter is moistened. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
