RHUBARB SOUR CREAM BARS 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces

Mix thoroughly. Put in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
