BANANA BREAD 
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
3 tbsp. milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup nuts

Cream butter, add sugar slowly. Add eggs and 1 cup flour. Then add milk, soda, bananas, remainder of flour and nuts.

Bake in loaf pan at 300°F for 1 hour, in glass pan. Regular pan at 350°F. Grease pans generously.

Makes 1 large loaf, 2 small ones.
