LEMON - BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated lemon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 to 1 1/2 c. blueberries, tossed with flour to coat

LEMON GLAZE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix butter, sugar, and egg; set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, stirring just enough to blend. Stir in blueberries, grated rind, and nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Prepare lemon glaze and drizzle over bread while still warm.
