LONNIE'S BANANA BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. (2) mashed bananas
1/2 c. yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries

Beat sugar and oil. Add bananas, yogurt, vanilla, eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking soda, salt; stir. Add blueberries. Pour into greased and floured bread pan or 3 mini-bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. It is done if toothpick comes out clean inserted in center. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.

This was great! I have been searching for a recipe that doesn't involve butter and here it is. really moist and tasty. I added an extra cup of blueberries and subbed maple for the vanilla extract. Excellent.

Super delicious and moist! Made with whole wheat flour and added walnuts too. Not too many ingredients along with mashing bananas makes this kid friendly too.

My go-to banana bread recipe...been making it for years! Moist and delicious. I generally use lemon flavored yogurt with an extra splash of lemon juice for an added layer of flavor. Works well with sour cream thinned down with a bit of lemon juice as well if you don't have yogurt handy. It does tend to take a little longer to bake than stated in the recipe.
