1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. mashed banana
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil, and buttermilk in a small bowl; add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Add vanilla, bananas, and pecans; stir well. Gently stir in blueberries.

Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30-35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove cake from pan and cool completely. Serves 12.
