PINEAPPLE HAM GLAZE 
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a small pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Continue stirring and cook 1 minute.

Makes 1 3/4 cups glaze.
