BAKED POLISH HAM WITH PINEAPPLE
- BROWN SUGAR GLAZE
 
1 (5 lb.) canned Polish ham
Whole cloves
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. brown sugar
pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Stud sides of ham with whole cloves. Drain juice from canned pineapple slices and mix with brown sugar in small saucepan. Heat and stir constantly until thoroughly blended. Cover top of ham with this mixture and baste ham frequently. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Before serving, garnish top of ham with pineapple slices and pecans.

Serves 10 to 12.

Great recipe. Add mustard to the brown sugar pineapple juice mix for an added kick of flavor!
