I wanted to make home made brownies so I tried these. They were amazing!! I used butter and didn't add any nuts. No one could what for them to cool. They were really quick and easy to make. I'm so going to be making them again. The one thing is that when everything was mixed it was like a paste but it came out like normal brownies after it was baked. My little sister wants to try them with chocolate chips next time.

Very nice recipe. I use something similar to this, but I don't beat the eggs much. I find the less you beat them, the moister the brownies. I also make a simple thin ganache for topping which I cool in the fridge, but I also add a 1/4 cup of the ganache to the mixed ingredients before baking.
Try it!

For the chocolate ganache, warm a cup of heavy whipping cream in a small sauce pan, adding morsels of your choosing into a thin, smooth consistency (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup). Chill before pouring on the brownies and let them sit together until it sets.

These turned out great. I used oil and instead of 1 tsp vanilla, I used 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract. I added 1/2 a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, also. They're wonderful!

One of the easiest, tastiest recipes I've ever made in 20 years of cooking! I have a big disdain for baking, but these brownies were so easy and quick to make, fifteen minutes was all it took, faster than going to the store and without additives--score! I've made them 3 times in the last week. Today, I was out of butter so I added 1/4 c. of cocoanut oil and 1/4 c. of vegetable oil. I also added an extra 2tbsp. of coca powder and a handful of chocolate chips, they turned out great! They're moist and scrumptious. These were a hit at work and with my boyfriend! The perfect Birthday Brownies, or anytime dessert, especially when you're craving chocolate! Delicious! :)

Hey, so when I tried making this recipe I didn't have any cocoa in my house, so I used hot cocoa mix instead. Surprisingly it tasted absolutely delicious!!!!
