P. L. A. BREAKFAST OR LUNCH
EGG-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground sausage
2 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices bread, cubed

Brown sausage, drain and set aside.

In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Stir in bread crumbs/cubes, cheese and sausage.

Pour into ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

This recipe can be made the night before, covered and stored in refrigerator. Then bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
