BREAKFAST EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage (any kind) 6 eggs 4-6 slices bread, cubed 2 c. milk 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp. mustard Saute sausage; drain. Add dry mustard. Grease 9"x13" pan. Put bread on bottom of pan. Then layer meat, egg and milk mixture and cheese in that order. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
