SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 pt. cooked squash
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
6 crushed saltine crackers
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Set in a pan of water and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
