BROCCOLI CHEESE QUICHE 
2 deep dish pie shells
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Semi cook broccoli according to directions. Cube cheeses. In bottom of pie shells, arrange broccoli and cheeses. Mix eggs and cream until foamy. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
