BROCCOLI AND 5 CHEESE QUICHE | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 4 eggs 1 c. each shredded: Swiss, Parmesan, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 (9 inch) pie shells Blend eggs until well blended and foamy. Let rest. Thaw broccoli and drain well. In large mixing bowl add all ingredients. Mix until creamy. Pour mixture into two 9 inch pie shells, unbaked. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. (If edges of shells are done before quiche, aluminum foil around the edges will keep from burning). Let cool. |
