BROCCOLI CHEESE QUICHE 
1 lb. broccoli, fresh or frozen, cut into bite size pieces
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
5 drops hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2/3 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Trim leaves and tough ends from fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces, if using frozen pat with paper towel excess moisture. Combine the broccoli, onion, and 1/4 cup water in saucepan, cover and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Drain thoroughly and press out all remaining moisture using paper towels. Combine the next 8 ingredients, stir in vegetables and pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done. Let stand 10 minutes.
