APPLE CRUNCH CAKE 
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. butter, softened

Grease 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Gently fold in Cool Whip, graham crumbs, apples, 1/4 cup corn syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in pan. Mix remaining corn syrup, walnuts, and butter. Spoon evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool in pan.
